Lan Je is famous for fish. For those of you who can’t read Mandarin let me tell you what the sign board says – One Person One Fish –meaning that everyone should have a fish…yes, an entire fish per person!
The first outlet opened its doors many years ago in Rawang. Today Lan Je has 6 outlets namely Rawang, Balakong,, Kota Damansara, Taman Len Sen, Desa Aman Puri and of course the one we are blogging about today –USJ.
Well, the best landmark I can give you for this USJ outlet is Chee Wen School. Located within 2 shoplots at the Regalia Business Centre, Lan Ji is not too far away from the school. Lan Ji is open for both lunch and dinner, but please be mindful that it is closed every Tuesday.
The place can get quite packed, therefore be there early to avoid disappointment.
You have a selection of 3 types of steaming method for fish – extra spicy, normal or less spicy. We tried the first two. Both were equally good – excellent to be precise!
The price of fish depends on its size & these were RM16 each.
Well, lots of omega intake is good for the heart……..so have a fishy meal & a happy & healthy heart!
