Red rice wine mee suah to me is
synonymous to Foo Chow cuisine. I found myself in Pudu earlier today and
decided to give this restaurant called Taste of Foo Chow a try.
I enquired whether they served mee
suah in red rice wine and when I was told that they did, I did not even bother
to order any other food.
The rice wine was really very red…and
the taste was overpowering. I noticed that there was indeed a very generous
amount of chicken in this dish. Although this dish was alright, I found the
spring onion garnishing a little out of place.
