Located on the ground floor of First
Subang Mall (quite close to customer service) is this Japanese restaurant
called Edo Ichi which serves not only typical Japs fares (read as sashimi,
sushi, teppanyaki) but also food from all seasons –spring, summer, autumn and
winter.
Orange juice (RM12) – superb, not too sweet too!
Mini tori katsu udon (RM24) – this is an interesting set meal that
comes with tori katsu ,a bowl of udon and some fruits. Tori katsu is breaded,
deep fried chicken cutlet. The version here has been cut into stripes, served
with rice and garnished with shredded seaweed. The udon noodles in soup was
tasty but came in a very tiny portion.

Orange juice (RM12) – superb, not too sweet too!
Green tea – I just had a look at my
receipt and can confirm that this is free of charge.
This is California Maki (RM16) -I like the presentation and I ought to give
it 8/10 for taste as well.
Kani kama maki – priced at RM5 I
personally found it to be slightly expensive when I compare this to the price
tag at other Japanese fastfood outlets.
Wakadori teriyaki set (RM22) – comes with
some tofu, a bowl of miso soup, chawanmushi and some honey dew and watermelon –
not bad! The chicken was excellent –it was fragrant and tender. I’ve no
complaints about the other accompaniments & that I would say is a
compliment!
