Being the adventurous person that I
am, I decided to try out Farm House. The ambience is pleasant and I love the
stark contrast it has from the sweltering heat outside.
This is watercress soup,
painstakingly boiled in tiny crock pots lined up in a pretty row. As such the
soup tasted wonderful and the RM14.80
damage to our pockets justified.
This is tasty otak roll (RM8.80),
which, well lived up to its name – tasty.
Fried squid (RM14.80) -crunchy and yummy
Bentong tofu (RM8.80) – well, I’ve always known that
Bentong is famous for its ginger, but tofu???
Anyway, we tried this dish and
the tofu was filled with meat. It was indeed startling!
Yam roll with duck (RM11.80) – this
was one unique dish that everyone enjoyed .
Pork rib with bitter gourd
(RM11.80) – steamed to a voluptuously tender texture, the ribs were easy to eat.
Salted fish with kampong chicken
(RM11.80) – the combo was simply out of this world!
