Kin Kin claims to be the ‘creator’ of chilli pan mee. It’s amazing how this restaurant that serves only 1 variety of food, in only 1 serving size is always packed during lunch time.

If you are thinking of having a bowl of pan mee in soup, then forget Kin Kin because they only serve chilli pan mee. The chilli flakes are tasty ….add with caution though! The freshly made pan mee is served with an egg and some anchovies and garninshing. Mix them well…and voila…you’ll have the most heavenly pan mee ever!
