MBK has been described as a legendary
shopping complex. Here you can find loads of stuff from clothes to accessories,
handbags, clothes and even furniture. It
takes hours to shop here as there are over 2,000 shops span over eight floors
for an endless shopping experience! When your feet get too tired, why not head
to the cinema located on the top floor!
Well, after hours of shopping we decided
to have an early dinner at Sumo. You can easily tell that this place serves a combo
of Japanese-Thai food.
The tom yam was very appetising –
sourish yet full of flavour, we ordered extra rice just to polish off all the
soup!
Stir fried kai lan – what I found
interesting was the pieces of mushrooms in this dish. Tastewise, it was alright.
This is another soupy dish with meat
slices and meat balls. I love the tasty broth and the tender meat.
Steamed fish – served in a fish-shaped
plate. The sourish sauce was very appealing and we all agreed that it was
simply awesome.
