Restoran Ah Lye Curry Fish Head

I’ve been told over and over again about how good food at Ah Lye was. Therefore, when TH invited us for dinner, I said yes, without any hesitation.

 

 

Fried squid- I loathe fried squid which are rubbery and inedible. The version here at Ah Lye was the complete opposite. Being crispy and yummy, it was an instant hit!

 

Salt baked chicken – although the presentation was somewhat a put off, the chicken was bursting with flavour.

 

 

Kangkung with sambal belacan  -definitely one of the better kangkung belacan in town. Filled with wok hei, this dish was everyone’s favourite.

 

 

Claypot of goodness – this dish contained a lot of delicious and nutritious ingredients, amongst them baby corn, prawns, sweet peas. I simply adored the wonderful flavour it had.
