Nothing is better than a
piping hot bowl of porridge on a rainy evening. But this time our porridge was
not plain old Chinese porridge. In fact, what we had here was fried porridge.
So what makes this dish special?
Well, the porridge was fried
(RM13)……yes, you read it correctly….FRIED, with lots of garlic, it was bursting
with flavour and the yau char kuai on top made it even more tempting.
Absolutely unforgettable!
The soft shell crab (RM36)
was nice too.
